What if I don't love my stuff?

We're sorry to hear you don't love your order! Unfortunately, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note: items ordered on HollywoodFashionSecrets.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail partners. Additionally Hollywood Fashion Secrets products purchased at any of our retail partners cannot be returned to HollywoodFashionSecrets.com.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify any orders. We are unable to modify the name or shipping address. If you need to change your order, please cancel it and place another order with us. 

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at customer@hfsecrets.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed. The request must be received within 30 minutes of placing the order and it must be during business hours of M-F from 8am to 4pm PT.
