How To

Before Use...Conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind discontinue use.
To Use...Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion free. Remove liner and place Chafe Tape in desired area of the inner thigh to avoid skin friction, rashes, sweat, and blistering.
To remove…Saturate the product with a body safe oil, lotion, or soap. Gently and slowly lift off the tape using more oil if needed. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue. Be sure all residue is removed from skin.
Important... Use only as directed. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. One time use only.

Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion-free. Apply nipple covers before use. Remove the bottom portion of the liner and place it just above the natural fold of the breast or under the nipple. Start applying tape onto the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. After the bottom half is applied, remove the liner from the top half and start to stretch the tape until you reach the level of lift you desire. Allow adhesive to set and trim if needed.

To remove, saturate the product with a body safe oil. Gently and slowly lift off the tape, using more oil as needed. Use oil to remove excess residue from the skin.
