Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST. Orders are shipped via UPS ground, and generally arrive between 5-10 days of processing. Express Mail options are also available; please contact us at 612-548-5000 if you need expedited shipping.

Hollywood Fashion Secrets Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If an item is damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product, please notify our Customer Service department at 612-548-5000 to arrange for a return.  Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you placed an order with us that you wish to return for any other reason, we’ll issue you a full product refund (less shipping and handling charges), provided the product is in its original packaging, unused and returned with 30 days of receipt of your order.  Please send all returns to the following address:

Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the returned product, as well as contact information. We recommend that all product returns are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or USPS with a tracking option. Hollywood Fashion Secrets is not responsible for returns lost in transit.  Credits are given once the return is received and inspected.
